By downloading or using Presento, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Presento is a speech practice and preparation tool that helps you improve your public speaking skills through recording, analysis, and exercises.
You don't need to create an account to use Presento. All your data stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to use features that require external services.
Presento offers optional premium features through subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store (Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms.
You retain all rights to the content you create with Presento (recordings, notes, etc.). We don't claim ownership of your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Damian Grzegolec shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Presento.
